Most engineers in the industry are involved in capital projects such as plant expansion or plant
improvement projects. However, lack of project management skills could lead to project delays,
overbudgeting, excessive project scope and specification changes during a project.
This 2-day course teaches practical project management skills and essential project engineering
knowledge that all engineers dealing with project management and control must understand. Moreover, other engineers in the project should also understand project management basics in order to interface with other disciplines and departments more effectively.
Engineers e.g. chemical engineers and mechanical engineers, process design engineers, process engineers, engineering company engineers, any technical people dealing withcapital & operating cost estimation and project economics and feasibility studies.
