เริ่มจากแยกให้ชัด:

• Symptom vs Root cause
• Hydraulic issue vs Mass transfer issue
• Operation problem vs Design limitation
  แล้วค่อยวิเคราะห์ให้ครบ:
• Flooding / Entrainment / Weeping
• Pressure drop profile
• Temperature & composition trend
• Feed variability & tray loading
  เพราะปัญหาหลายเคส ไม่ได้เกิดจาก internals เสีย
  แต่เกิดจาก operation ไม่ตรง design intent
  .
  การเปลี่ยน hardware โดยไม่เข้าใจระบบ
  อาจทำให้ปัญหา “ย้ายตำแหน่ง” แทนที่จะหายไป
  .
  ปัญหา distillation ที่คุณเจอ คุณกำลัง “แก้ที่อาการ” หรือ “แก้ที่สาเหตุ”?
